Refunds
Refunds for Goods
Refund requests must be made within 30 days after receipt of your goods.

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you a notification email regarding your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a week. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled without penalty if they have not yet been shipped or assigned a tracking number. Should you need to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase.

Returns
Returns must be initiated by mail. Specific instructions for returns, including the address for returns, will be provided upon request.

For all returns not due to our error, a 10% restocking fee will be applied, which will be deducted from your refund.
